Tilaus ja toimitus
Tuotteitamme voi ostaa vain verkkokaupasta tai sähköpostitse, meillä ei ole erillisiä liiketiloja. Sovitusti tilauksen voi noutaa ompeluhuoneeltani.
Keppihevosten hinnat eivät sisällä varusteita, ellei kepparin kohdalla erikseen mainita varusteista. Keppihevoset toimitetaan käyttövalmiina, kepin ja täytteen kera.
Tuotteet valmistetaan käsin ja jokainen keppihevonen on oma yksilönsä eikä yksikään hevonen ole täysin samanlainen. Käsityötuotteet sisältävät aina pieniä osia, joten ihan pienemmille lapsille emme näitä suosittele.
Perushinnat keppihevosille:
Peruskeppihevonen (ei suuta) alk. 62 €
Keppihevonen suulla A4 koko alk. 145€
Keppihevonen suulla A3 koko alk. 175€
Näköiskeppihevonen omasta hevosesta alk. 175€ - kysy tarjous.
Hinnoissa voi olla muutoksia riippuen hevosen varusteista ja materiaaleista.
Kaikkiin tuotteisiin lisätään aina postikulut. Keppihevosen postikulut alk. 9€ suomessa. Ulkomaan paketeissa olethan yhteydessä meihin ennen tilausta.
Kuvat eivät aina vastaa kepparin väriä, johtuen valotuksesta. Verkkokaupan kuvat ovat siis viitteellisiä.
Maksuvaihtoehtoina ennakkolasku, pankki- ja luottokortti tai käteinen.
Tiesitkö, että meillä tuotteet postitetaan kierrätysmateriaaleihin pakattuna. Pakkaustarvikkeet siis käytetään uudelleen, emme osta uusia pakkaustuotteita lähetyksiä varten.
Haluamme kaikkien olevan tyytyväisiä tilaamaansa tuotteeseen, mutta mikäli huomautettavaa löytyy ja haluat palauttaa tuotteet, tulee ennen tuotteen palautusta oltava yhteydessä välittömästi Onkamo Horses & Artisaniin (onkamoroyalhorses ät gmail.com). Kuljetusvaurioista ja virheistä tulee olla heti yhteydessä Onkamo Horses & Artesaniin. Rikkoutuneesta paketista tulee olla postin todistus.
Tuotteiden palautusaika on kuluttajasuojalain mukainen 14vrk, tällöin ostaja maksaa palautuskulut.
Emme suosittele käyttämään mitään palautustapaa ilman seurantakoodia.
Noutamattomat pakettikulut veloitetaan asiakkaalta Huomioitahan paketin noutamisen ajoissa noutopisteeltä. Noutamaton lähetys, ei ole peruutus.
Order and delivery
Our products can only be purchased from our online store or by email; we do not have a separate retail space. By arrangement, orders can be picked up from my sewing room.
The prices for hobbyhorses do not include accessories unless explicitly mentioned in the horse's description. The hobbyhorses are delivered ready-to-use, with the stick and stuffing included.
The products are handmade, and each hobbyhorse is unique; no two horses are exactly alike. Handmade products always contain small parts, so we do not recommend them for very small children.
Basic Prices for Hobby Horses:
Basic hobby horse (no mouth): starting from 62 €
Hobby horse with a mouth, A4 size: starting from 145 €
Hobby horse with a mouth, A3 size: starting from 175 €
Custom hobbyhorse based on your own horse: starting from 175 € - ask for a quote.
Prices may vary depending on the horse's accessories and materials.
Shipping and Payments
Shipping costs are always added to all products. Shipping costs for a hobbyhorse start from 9 € in Finland.
For international packages, please contact us before placing your order.
Due to lighting, pictures may not always accurately represent the hobby horse's color. Therefore, the images in the online store are for reference only.
Payment options include invoice, debit- and creditcard, or cash.
Did you know that we ship our products packaged in recycled materials? We reuse packing materials and do not buy new ones for our shipments.
Returns
We want everyone to be happy with their ordered product. However, if you find any issues and wish to return a product, you must contact Onkamo Horses & Artisan (onkamoroyalhorses ät gmail.com) immediately before returning the item. You must also contact Onkamo Horses & Artisan immediately regarding shipping damage and errors. A broken package requires a certificate from the postal service.
The return period for products is 14 days, as per consumer protection law, and the buyer is responsible for the return costs. We do not recommend using any return method without a tracking code.
The customer will be charged for uncollected package costs. Please be sure to pick up your package from the pickup point on time. An uncollected shipment is not considered a cancellation.
